On Retail orders over £50 free shipping and handling is offered. On Trade orders over £200 free shipping and handling is offered. All goods are sent via First Class Royal Mail or via First Class delivery courier service. Please ensure that someone will be present at the shipping address to accept the package. If no one is present at the address then it will be delivered to your local depot for collection at a later date.

Delivery Schedule We will despatch your order within 1 to 2 working days, this will depend upon our stocks and the stocks of our suppliers. Please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods. 

Tax Charges For orders that are placed a flat rate VAT charge is applied (20.%). The VAT charge will be added during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

All returned goods must be sent back, recorded delivery unused and in the original packaging within seven days of invoice for a replacement or refund. If you have changed your mind, and no longer want the goods, a refund will be given as soon as the goods are received, logged and inspected - this may take up to 7 working days. Return postage must be paid by customer.

A 10% restocking and handling charge will be made on all refunds issued..

 

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of the lost goods.
